Collaborating with architect John Collins, we designed approximately 3,000 square feet of renovated space, including an open-concept main level with a functional office and a second story featuring a primary suite and additional bedrooms.

Several years later, the clients returned to Ascent for a basement design-build. Our in-house designer transformed the cramped layout into a flexible, multi-functional space perfect for football-watch parties, a small exercise room, and a comfortable guest bedroom with bath. The basement floor was excavated to create taller ceilings, and egress windows were added to flood the space with natural light, resulting in a basement that feels open, airy, and inviting rather than confined.
