Through a back-of-house and pop-top addition, our team transformed a cramped 1,300-square-foot bungalow into a spacious 2,200-square-foot home tailored for a growing family.
The owners originally selected this 1930s West Highland bungalow for its location and original character, but with two large dogs and a baby on the way, approached Ascent to create their forever home. Our design-build team fully remodeled the main level, added a stairwell, mudroom and powder bath at the rear, and completed a pop-top addition that introduced a second story with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a book nook for the family's avid readers.
