This 1952 mid-century ranch in Denver underwent a full-home remodel, including a 400-square-foot addition that created a spacious primary bedroom with an ensuite and large walk-in closet.
Embracing a “midcentury desert” style, the kitchen finishes include terrazzo countertops, stained wood slats on the kitchen island and accent wall, slab cabinet doors with wood hardware, and a funky southwest color palette. The primary bathroom showcases star-and-cross floor tile, maple cabinets and matte black metals, blending timeless mid-century design with modern functionality.
Our team reconfigured all bedrooms for optimal space utilization and installed hardwood floors throughout for continuity on the main level. The project was completed in partnership with Cult Creative, combining thoughtful architecture with expert craftsmanship to deliver a mid-century ranch remodel that balances style, comfort, and functionality for modern family living.
