The owners of this DU-area home approached Ascent Contracting to explore ways to better accommodate their family.
What began as a basement bath remodel idea quickly evolved into a full vision for a second story addition to turn the cramped house into a beloved 3200 square foot forever home.
Designed in collaboration with architect John Collins, the renovation delivered a first-floor open layout featuring a dream kitchen that spans the full width of the home, a large living area for entertaining, and thoughtfully planned bedrooms and bathrooms. Ascent was honored to serve the family by preserving their ability to remain in the neighborhood they love.
