Bow Mar

This Bow Mar renovation, completed in partnership with architecture firm Tomecek Studios, began as a partial interior remodel with a master suite addition but quickly evolved into a full scrape and new build.

Ascent Contracting removed the entire roof to create a grander structure, resulting in vaulted ceilings throughout the home. Today, the home features 9.5-foot walls with sloped ceilings reaching 15 feet at their peaks, dramatically enhancing volume and natural light.

Through detailed pre-construction planning and 3D modeling, Ascent developed precise, boots-on-the-ground perspectives from architectural and structural drawings. This process allowed our team to pre-order all structural materials—including custom windows and doors—and ensure every element was integrated with 1/8-inch precision.

What was once a low-ceilinged, 3,500-square-foot home that no longer met the family’s needs is now a 6,200-square-foot luxury residence. Highlights include a custom wine room that beautifully displays bottles on the main level, a chef-grade kitchen, a bright and airy living room, a basement designed for family hangouts, and a stunning master suite. This Bow Mar home remodel combines expert craftsmanship, meticulous planning, and thoughtful design to deliver a functional and breathtaking home for modern family living.
