This Denver University home, built in 1998, received a thoughtful renovation from Ascent Contracting to enhance both aesthetics and functionality in the kitchen and primary bathroom.

The kitchen, previously outfitted with outdated oak cabinets, a small island, and a low ceiling soffit, now features white shaker cabinetry reaching the ceiling, a spacious island, a dry bar, smart storage solutions, quartz countertops, and a unique artisan tile backsplash. A standout detail is the arched walkway into the dining room, crafted by the homeowner, adding charm and architectural interest.

In the primary bathroom, the doorway was repositioned to create a single, large vanity cabinet in place of two smaller vanities. The shower now features a curbless design with a seamless linear drain and continuous wood-look tile flooring, enclosed by sleek glass walls. A quartz slab surrounds the tub, with trim designed to mirror the vanity cabinetry, while three brass wall sconces with custom decorative trim flank the vanity mirrors, combining elegance with functionality.

This Denver home remodel blends modern design, expert craftsmanship, and thoughtful customization to create a functional and visually striking kitchen and bathroom for everyday living.
