The homeowners approached Ascent Contracting to reimagine their kitchen, living room, and dining areas while creating their dream master suite. Originally built in the 1950s with a 1970s addition, the clients wanted the new exterior and master suite to seamlessly integrate with the existing home.

Working alongside home designer Andy Stein, Ascent curated an open-concept living area with hardwood floors throughout, a custom bar, and an outdoor deck ideal for entertaining. The renovation created a functional and beautiful home for a family of four, featuring a private wing for the kids’ bedrooms and bathrooms, a spacious master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a connected walk-in closet.

The exterior now harmonizes with the interior spaces, including a custom-crafted deck leading to a large backyard and a two-car garage with ample storage. Ascent also hand-built a custom mudroom storage unit, refinished paint in the children’s rooms and bathroom, and ensured all windows matched the home’s style while providing energy efficiency. This Denver home remodel blends thoughtful design, craftsmanship, and modern functionality to support the needs of a busy family.
