Ascent Contracting logo

59th Avenue

Built in 1987, this Arvada home originally featured low ceiling soffits, a cramped kitchen, and dated cabinetry and flooring.

Ascent Contracting was proud to design and renovate the kitchen, dining room, and main-level flooring, creating an open, airy layout perfectly suited for this busy family of six.

The main level now features 5” rift and quartered select white oak flooring throughout. The expanded kitchen includes custom white oak cabinetry, a striking green island, quartz countertops, a farmhouse sink, Zellige tile backsplash, handcrafted heavy-duty white oak shelves for mugs and plates, and brushed brass hardware. The laundry room was relocated to make way for additional pantry and coffee bar space, enhancing both functionality and flow.

This Denver-area home remodel combines modern design, timeless materials, and thoughtful customization to create a beautiful and highly functional family living space.
