From the start of this project, the clients knew they wanted a second-story addition and a renovation of their main floor and basement. Architect John Collins designed the approximately 3,000 square feet of renovated space, while Ascent’s team did all pre-construction work and estimating during the design phase. The updated home now comprises a new second story with two bedrooms, a main-level office, and additional bedrooms in the basement. The full-house remodel gave the owners the precise space and function they need with top-quality craftsmanship and finishes.
