MILWAUKEE:

This Denver University home was built in 1998. Ascent renovated the kitchen and primary bathroom to make the space more aesthetically pleasing and functional.

The kitchen, which previously had outdated oak cabinets, a small island and a low ceiling soffit, now boasts white shaker cabinetry up to the ceiling, a large island, a dry bar, smart storage solutions, quartz countertops, and a unique artisan tile backsplash.  Another wow feature is the arched walkway into the dining room, which the handy homeowner did himself!

In the primary bathroom, the doorway was moved in order to create one large vanity cabinet versus two smaller vanities.  The shower is now curbless, with a seamless linear drain for a continuous wood-look tile floor and sleek glass walls.  A quartz slab dons the tub surround, while the trim on the tub skirt was designed to mirror the vanity cabinetry.  Finally, 3 brass wall sconces, encased in simple but special decorative trim, flank the vanity mirrors.
